This applies to EVERYONE: I started this thing to put down how I feel about things at a certain time. When I want to talk, but feel like I can't. It's really just that simple. If you don't like it, I'm sorry. I'm not out to make anyone feel like they're being put down. If you feel that way, there must be some truth in what I'm saying.

Song of the Day: "Aeris' Theme (Piano Version)" - Nobuo Uematsu

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone that came out last Saturday for my birthday. Personally, I had a lot of fun and it was nice to have everyone over, even if it was only for a little bit.

Secondly, I appologize to anyone that comes here frequently looking for new posts. I really do mean to keep this blog updated frequently, but I just kinda forget about it. I mean to post, but I'm too lazy.

Anyway, I leave for Texas today. I've dodged the bullet for too long on that one. Jeff and I are going to be there for about two weeks. Hopefully this trip won't be seem too long, as we're not really going to have any extra days put in for time off.

It looks like I'll be closing and moving after I get back, so things for the next few weeks are gonna be kinda hectic.

It really seems that, if someone were to break my life down into the most simplistic terms, I live to pack. Whether it's to move or work, that's what I do the most of. I do a lot of driving too. Maybe I should be a packer/shipper/driver for UPS or some trucking company.

I bought "Valkerye Profile: Lenneth" for my PSP, so I have a new RPG to play while on the road. I've been hearing it's really good, so I don't think I'll be too let down. I've never played the original, but this is merely a jazzed-up port.

Anyway, that's about all I have. I've got to finish packing, so I guess I'll talk to you later.

Song of the Day: "Alive And Kicking" - Nonpoint

Well, I've finally made it home. The trip was a lot of fun, and I hope that I get invited back next year.

However, it did come with a price to pay. The screen of my laptop is falling off. The backside of one corner snapped off, and the bolt holding it in place won't go back over the screw. So I have it very precariously balanced open right now. I have an actual moniter, but I can't get anything but my background to show on it. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, or if I just can't use the moniter I have with my laptop.

I've hated this fucking thing for the longest time. I really need to start saving up for a new one.

It's looking like this coming Saturday is shaping up to be a good one. I just hope I have time to get ready for it.

Song of the Day: "Multiple Personality" - Masafumi Takada

Welcome to the beach, bitch. This is the second to last day here on my week long vacation in Hilton Head Island, S.C. Things have been rather eventful/uneventful, depending on how you wanna look at things.

As I write this, I'm sitting in the kitchen of our beach house watching the rest of my family make dinner. It's weird how things take on a different perspective when you see one thing and hear another. I've got my 'phones in and I'm listening to some tunes.

It rained today, the first day since we've been here. Amanda and I went to the beach, and about 15-20 minutes later the clouds moved in.

There are a lot of bugs here too. There have been some fat fucking roaches in the house, and everyone has called them island bugs thus far. I don't think I believe that. An island bug here is a normal bug anywhere else. So they can suck a dick.

At any rate, things have been alright here. It's been nice seeing some family members I haven't seen in a long while.

In case you haven't been to the forum as of the time of this post, I plan on having a party at my place on the 15th. It's a birthday party for myself, and all that's requested is your presence, and that you bring some drink. Hopefully alcohol. I just wanna have everyone together and have a good time with my friends.

That sounds good.
